A Focused Business is a Successful Business

According to Al and Laura Ries, authors of The 22 Immutable Laws of Branding, “The power of a brand is inversely proportional to its scope.” In other words, the more focused your company or product is, the more successful it will be.

If you’re serious about getting focused you need to consider writing a business plan. At the very least though, you need to decide exactly what you’re going to sell and who you’re going to sell it to.
