I was just tak­ing a look through my father in-law’s awe­some record col­lec­tion. Omg. Van Halen, Led Zep­pelin, Fleet­wood Mac… I could go on and on. So much incred­i­ble clas­sic rock in one lit­tle egg crate.

Jame­son took three lit­tle baby steps com­pletely on his own today! His bal­ance is great but he really doesn’t under­stand what he’s doing yet ;-)

I can’t hear!

Last night after the pool party at Toms  house I lost hear­ing in my left ear. Um that’s not a good feel­ing! I’m at the doc­tor right now hav­ing it looked at. I sus­pect it’s Swim­mers Ear.

Update: Inter­est­ingly enough the doc says never to use Q-tips to clean your ears. You get a lit­tle bit out, but the rest just gets impacted in your ear. Rather, you should only clean what you can with a tis­sue on the end of your fin­ger. He says just “Google it, it’s everywhere.”

Update: omg I can hear again! There was a giant piece of wax in my ear, like 1/4 inch wide by about 1/2 an inch long! Gross!
